Connect a workspace and route reorder alerts to the channel your operations team watches, instead of an inbox nobody opens.
- Connect once. Authorise the workspace and pick destinations. Alerts can go to Slack, to email, or to both from the same alert.
- Per-alert routing. Different alerts can go to different channels, so warehouse and buying see the lists that concern them.
Print from the order you just received
Stockie Barcode Labels is our companion app for designing and printing barcode and price labels, with Zebra and Dymo roll labels, Brother DK-11204 labels and Avery sheet formats.
- Quantities pull from purchase orders. Connect the two apps with a key generated in Stockie, and label quantities come from what you actually received.
- Roll and sheet label formats. Drag-and-drop label design with Code 128 barcodes. Choose a supported template matching the label stock and printer you use.
Component demand counted correctly
If you sell bundles, the components are selling even though the bundle is what appears on the order. Forecasts that miss this will tell you your best components are dead stock.
- Shopify bundles work automatically. Native bundles need no setup. Forecasts show component products with demand from both direct and bundled orders.
- Simple Bundles detected automatically. Bundle composition is read from metafield data with nothing to configure.
- Bundles.app needs one switch. Enable the Stockie integration in Bundles.app settings and their bundle sales feed your forecasts too.
Common questions
Is there an API?
There is a read API for purchase orders, used today by our own barcode app and by Retail Orbit. It is not a general-purpose public API yet. If you have an integration in mind, tell us what you need to read or write.
Does Stockie sync to accounting software?
Not today. Costs, adjustments and purchase orders all export as CSV and XLSX, which is how merchants currently get figures to their bookkeeper.
Do I need the barcode app to use Stockie?
No. It is a separate app for stores that print their own labels, priced separately. Everything else in Stockie works without it.
